| 2011 News (titles, shows etc.) Jan 15/16 ASFA SC-RTee picks up 28 pts, Talinn earns her first 12 pts Jan 29/30 AKC shows MO-Tory picks up two more GCH majors! Breeze is RWB to a major her first time out. Feb 5/6 ASFA FL- RTee finishes her FCH & Talinn picks up her two firsts. Feb 19/20 AKC shows IA- Tory picks up 2 more BOB wins over specials for 5 GC pts ( 1 major!) Stryx is WB for a point one day. Feb 24, 25, 26, 27 AKC trials GA- Talinn is BOB all 4 days for 4 majors and 13 pts! RTee runs 3 days and earns 3 pts. Feb 26/27 AKC shows FL-Zao is BOB both days for two more pts towards his CH! April 3 BCOA national ASFA trial- CJ is 3rd in a huge FCH stake, Tory wins Veterans stake and Py is second in Veterans! April 4 BCOA national LGRA meet- CJ WINS BOB at the meet! He is also high scoring field champion and highest scoring non GRC dog. April 5 BCOA national Futurity- Myka is 3rd in her class, & her brother Tan is 3rd in his class. Their dad Py WINS the stud dog class! April 8 BCOA show - RTee is 2nd in the Novice bitch class to the bitch who went RWB at the national. April 15/16 ASFA GA- Talinn finishes her FCH!! April 30 AKC show OH- NEW CHAMPION Avalon Radioactive Dreams SC finishes!! April 30 AKC show MI-Oxota Avalon Tanforan v Starswift JC, CGC is WD, BOW for another point from 12-18 class April 30/May 1 AKC show TN- CJ is WD, BOW and BOS over a group winning special for his first conformation point! and WD again on Sunday for another point. Tory is BOB, then BOS the next day for 3 more GC pts. May 14/15 ASFA International Invitational trial in VA- CJ is 3rd in stake A FCH's on Saturday and 2nd in a stake of 17 on Sunday. Tory wins Veterans stake both days and Bench stake on Sunday. We were tied on Saturday for the Gillette stake but the other competitor asked us to forfeit so we did. Saturday we won the kennel stake and Sunday we won the breeder stake. May 29 ASFA GA- Velvet finishes her LCM! June 3, 4, 5- ASFA KY- Talinn wins 1st in FCH all 3 days and Atlas is BOB all 3 days! June 11/12 ASFA NC- Talinn is 1st in FCH on Saturday earning her last LCM placement & Atlas is BOB. On Sunday RTee is BOB. July 2/3/4 ASFA GA- Tory finished her LCM on the third and Atlas finished his FCH!! July 8/9/10 AKC trial KY- Talinn finishes her AKC FC title and is the second Borzoi CA! Eve qualifies then earns her first AKC coursing point on the 9th, and is the first Borzoi to earn the CA title. RTee picked up a major on the 9th and Atlas earned the major on the 10th. July 29, 30 &31 ASFA trial CO- Py and Tigress finish their Veteran Field Champion titles!! Aug 13/14 AKC show AR- CJ is WD for another point on Saturday and Ray is WD, BOW for his first MAJOR on Sunday!! Aug 27/28 AKC show GA- Tory is Select bitch both days to finish her GRAND CHAMPION title!! |
